At Parkwood Highlands, pets are considered family, and we welcome cats and dogs into our pet-friendly community with some reasonable restrictions.
Apartment Buildings 1 & 5
Maximum of 2 pets
50 lb weight restriction
Townhome Buildings 6 & 7
Maximum of 2 pets
50 lb weight restriction
$500 deposit. $25 per pet, per month.
Only domestic dogs (excluding those listed below), cats, caged birds, and aquarium fish are permitted on the premises. Certain breed restrictions apply. Exotic pets are not permitted. See below for details.
Exotic animals (including snakes and rabbits) are not permitted. The following dog breeds, including any mixed-breed or crossbred dogs containing any of these breeds are not permitted: American Pit, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, and Wolf Hybrid.
