I have been a part of Paragon Place at Bishops Bay since August of 2017. This is my first rental experience since I was in my 20's, my plan was to live in an apartment for 1 year and decide where I wanted to buy my next home. This is my home; I Love it here! I can come and go and have no responsibility of a homeowner. The grounds, the staff, the amenities have always met my expectations! I believe I have high expectations in life, so for this I am Happy!

I love my apartment at Paragon Place at Bishops Bay. I've lived here 2+ years. The management and maintenance staff are great and respond immediately to issues. The underground parking is great for the winter months. I looked at a lot of apartments before I found this one and it is definitely high quality. I would recommend Paragon Place at Bishops Bay if you are looking.

We have been living here for 9 years and it's been great! The building and common areas are well kept and clean. The Property Director is always kind and helpful. Every possible effort is made to make life pleasant!

Paragon Place at Bishops Bay is a great place to live I am so happy I decided to move to here. The apartment is large and comfortable, its quiet but close to Middleton and Waunakee shopping and restaurants. Maintenance requests are few but resolved quickly. The Community events are hosted well and provide an opportunity to meet neighbors.

Inviting, dog friendly, and exceptional place to live. The whole staff was very responsive to our needs, and went out of their way to help us feel welcome during our time in the Paragon Place at Bishops Bay community. Really enjoyed the walking trails all around the facility, and great access to Pheasant Branch Conservancy.
