Pet Friendly

At Paragon Place at the Community of Bishops Bay, pets are considered family and we welcome cats and dogs into our community with some reasonable restrictions.

Maximum 2 pets per apartment.
The 1st and 2nd floors are pet-friendly.
The 3rd floor is pet-free.

Some breed restrictions apply for dogs. No weight limit for dogs. Exotic pets are not permitted.

And for our dog lovers, just minutes from Paragon Place, the community of Middleton offers a year-round off-leash dog park and dog exercise area open 8am - 10pm. The park is equipped with shade shelter, picnic tables, drinking water, a fenced agility course, portable restrooms, dog waste disposal bags, and mowed trails. The facility is open to the public and only requires a permit for use.
