Pet Policy

Maximum 2 pets per apartment.
1st and second floors are pet friendly.
3rd floor - pet free

And for our dog lovers, just minutes from Paragon Place, the community of Middleton offers a year round off-leash dog park and dog exercise area open 8am - 10pm. The park is equipped with shade shelter, picnic tables, drinking water, a fenced agility course, portable restrooms, dog waste disposal bags, and mowed trails. The facility is open to the public and only requires a permit for use. Some breed restrictions apply for dogs. No weight limit for dogs. Exotic pets are not permitted.
