Yes. On-site maintenance services handle normal repairs and upkeep at no additional charge to residents.  There is also 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Yes. All lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal for common areas are professionally maintained by the community.

No scheduled transportation services are provided. Residents typically rely on personal vehicles or local transportation options.

Paragon Place at Bear Claw Way is a rental community. Homes are leased, not purchased.

Yes. An application fee applies and covers credit and background screening. Current fees can be confirmed with our Leasing Team.

Early lease termination policies are outlined in the lease agreement and may include notice requirements or fees. Our Leasing Team can walk residents through available options.
