At the Highlands at Aero Park, we know pets are like family, which is why we welcome cats and dogs with some reasonable restrictions. We also provide dedicated pet area such as a Dog Park & Agility Course and a Dog Wash & Grooming Spa for resident convenience. Maximum 2 pets per Apartment.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors are pet friendly.
Maximum total weight of pet must not exceed 50 lbs.

Only domestic dogs (excluding those listed below), cats, caged birds, and aquarium fish are permitted on the premises. Certain breed restrictions apply. Exotic pets are not permitted. See below for details.

Exotic animals (including snakes and rabbits) are not permitted. The following dog breeds, including any mixed-breed or crossbred dogs containing any of these breeds are not permitted: American Pit, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, Presa Canario, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, and Wolf Hybrid.

Unleash the fun! Let your pup run, play, and explore at our onsite fenced, off-leash Dog Park and Agility Course. Thoughtfully designed for plenty of tail-wagging good times, the park features a bottle filling station, pet waste stations, a double-gated entry, jump balance beam, mini hill climb, training platform, bridge climb, tunnel playhouse, play and agility bone, jump hurdle, private training areas, and plenty of benches for relaxing and chatting with friends and neighbors. After a paw-some adventure, stop by our convenient indoor dog wash!
